6-Week Holistic Program

with a Personal Trainer & Physiotherapist

Healthy Back program led by a certified personal trainer and physiotherapist. This holistic course is designed to help you live pain-free and build lifelong movement habits. This course is a practical and proven program, filled with tools and techniques that will empower you to live without back pain. You'll learn how to care for your spine in everyday life, avoid overloads, and introduce healthy movement habits into your routine.

Before the start of the program, each participant is required to book a 15-minute consultation with a physiotherapist to complete an initial medical assessment.

Personalized approach and full support 

A lack of physical activity weakens the muscles that support our spine, reducing the natural support system that protects our back.

Appropriate and regular exercise is the foundation of prevention, helping to protect against back pain and maintain a healthy spine.

During the sessions, you’ll train in a small group of 3 participants. This allows for precise guidance and exercise supervision while creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere.

Each exercise will be adapted to your individual abilities and goals. We believe that group training brings motivation, enjoyment, and a sense of community.

Build better mobility, stability, and strength

Back pain often prevents us from enjoying the activities we love. It can limit our ability to spend time with family, meet friends,

and fully participate in social life. 

It’s important to recognize that back pain affects not only our physical health but also our overall quality of life, including our social well-being.

By exercising regularly, you can maintain balance in your life and better manage the demands of a stressful lifestyle.

Regular participation in the program will help you improve your range of motion, increase muscle strength, and enhance spinal stability.

Strong core muscles provide natural support and protection for your spine during everyday activities and physical exercise.

Patrycja is a licensed physiotherapist authorized to practice in Denmark. She runs a physiotherapy clinic in Vejle and is currently specializing in Manual Therapy based on the Maitland Concept. Her goal is to help her patients achieve and maintain the highest possible quality of life.

Madzia is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with international qualifications (REPS). She is constantly developing her skills to provide the best possible support for her clients. In South Jutland, she offers personal training as well as a variety of group classes, including Pilates, Mobility & Core, Body Balance, Healthy Spine, and Full Body Workout.

How the Program Works?

Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to focus on your body and gain a better understanding of its strengths and areas for improvement. During each session, you'll receive personalized guidance on what to pay attention to while exercising and how to perform each movement with proper technique.

Exercise sessions take
place once a week. But that's not all.
We'll keep you motivated to stay consistent through our mobile app. Each week, we'll track your progress and make sure you're moving in the right direction.

  • One 60-minute training session per week

  • Small groups of 3–5 participants
