GROUP FITNESS TRAINING – VEJLE

BASIC INFORMATIONS

1. The maximum number of participants per group is 15.
2. Registration for classes is carried out via the website: www.bflex.dk

RULES OF PARTICIPATIONS

Participants are expected to maintain mutual respect, support, and a positive atmosphere during the classes.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose behavior poses a risk to others or disrupts the class.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants declare that they have no medical contraindications to take part in fitness classes.
Participants agree to perform exercises according to their individual capabilities and to inform the instructor of any health issues or discomfort.
Each participant should have: indoor sports shoes, comfortable workout clothing, water, and a small towel.
Basic training equipment is provided during the classes. Participants may bring their own exercise mats if preferred.
The Studio Q is within walking distance for residents of Bredballe, with plenty of free parking available right at the entrance.

LIABILITY AND RISK

Participants take part in the classes at their own risk and voluntarily engage in physical activity.
The instructor is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or deterioration of health resulting from participation in the classes, unless caused by gross negligence.
Participants are responsible for exercising within their own limits and for informing the instructor of any health concerns.

PERSONAL DATA AND INVOICES

An individual invoice is issued after each payment. Participant data (full name, address, email, and phone number) is used solely for accounting and organizational purposes and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

PAYMENTS AND PRICING

Available participation options:

- Single entry – 120 DKK
- 6-session package – 600 DKK
- 10-session package – 880 DKK
- FULL Season package – 1500 DKK (includes all training sessions scheduled from April to July 2026)
All prices include VAT (moms).
Each package is valid for 3 months from the date of the first training session.
Payments for training sessions and packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions expire after the validity period.
In the case of a single entry, the participant is required to confirm availability in advance.
Individual cases (e.g., injury) may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of appropriate documentation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Participant Cancellation

Cancellation of participation in a training session is possible no later than 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the day preceding the scheduled class.
Absence must be reported via a message in the group chat (bFlex Vejle Fitness) or by contacting the instructor directly by phone (+45 91 92 12 53 – Magdalena).

Organizer Cancellation
The instructor reserves the right to cancel classes in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a new class date will be proposed.
Participants will be offered the opportunity to make up the class or attend an online training session.

COMMUNICATION AND PARTICIPANT GROUP

A private Facebook group “bFlex Vejle Fitness” is maintained for participants.
Information regarding training sessions, schedules, and class organization is shared within the group.

PHOTOS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Photos and video recordings may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
Prior to the start of the classes, each participant is required to complete a consent form regarding the use of their image, in which they may grant or refuse permission for the publication of their likeness.
Selected photos and video materials may be published in promotional channels and shared within the private Facebook group “bFlex Vejle Fitness”.
