
As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, my top priority when designing classes is the safety and well-being of participants.
What is the
bFlex program about?
As part of the May–July 2026 season program in Vejle, training sessions will be held to promote deep body relaxation, release unnecessary tension, and above all develop greater awareness of movement within your body.
We will work on increasing range of motion using tools and methods based on Pilates. You will particularly feel a strong focus on your core muscles, stabilizers, and rotators — which are the foundation of movement and our everyday physical functioning.
The level of the classes is adapted to the forming groups so that each participant can gain as much benefit and positive energy as possible, which in turn supports a healthy mind and better sleep.
I focus on developing body awareness and mindful movement.
